My Fave & Easy Green Smoothie

GF, DF, Vegetarian

Serves

Ingredients 

1 cup coconut water

1 cup spinach

1 banana

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 Kiwifruit

2 Tbsp of coconut flakes

1 Tbsp natural nuts

Directions 

  1. Put all ingredients (apart from coconut and nuts) into the blender and blitz!
  2. Top with coconut and nuts of your choice

For a thicker consistency you can freeze your bananas. I also like to freeze my spinach so it doesn’t spoil in the fridge if I’m not having smoothies everyday. 

This smoothie can also be made the night before for a quick ‘get up & go’ in the morning.
