Honey, Soy & Ginger Marinade
GF, DF, Vegetarian
Serves 4 (enough for roughly 500grams of protein)

2 Garlic cloves crushed
3cm piece of ginger, peeled and finely grated
1 Tsp Sesame oil
1/3 cup Tamari Sauce (substitute with Soy sauce if you’re not GF conscious)
1 Tbsp Honey (raw is best)
2 Tbsp Sesame seeds (optional)
1 Spring onion (optional )
1/4 cup Coriander ( optional )
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and coat your protein or tofu. Marinade for as long as possible however marinading just before cooking will still give you a fab flavour.
Hints & Tips – This marinade is perfect for all protein. It is great for chicken nibbles or Tofu for a vegetarian option.
If you a conscious about sugar intake then remove the honey and they still taste AMAZEBALLS.
